Black Present: History in the Making with Kriste Peoples

February 16, 2021

As The Black Foxes, our sole mission is to create our own narrative. So instead of talking about the past for Black History Month, we are going to express gratitude for the present. “Black Present: History in the Making” is a series of conversations with remarkable Black individuals making their own history.

In this episode, Kriste Peoples (@kristepeoples) sits down for a chat with Jalen Bazile (@jalenbazile) about healing, relationships, and the natural world. The discussion dives into what it means to show up for one's self, for others, and how our relationship with the outdoors can be a healing space for all.

You can connect with Kriste Peoples at Black and Brown Women's Alliance on Meetup and Facebook.
